A Sharky or Steve (Imagine) in South Florida

Is there a tuning guru in South Florida, like a Sharky or Stephen? I use Champion for all my needs and have been very happy with their work and will still go to them for most of my needs, but what I am missing is someone to bring my car to, that really has put in miles of seat time in a modded turbo (that's very important) Someone that can check for boost leaks and pull some codes and make sure my car is running the best it can. This type of person is almost always an independent shop owner and does not work for a dealer. Since I plan on keeping my car at the stage 2 level, I just want a person who loves 996tt's to just check a few things out and to pull some codes with a scanner. Anyone have a suggestion? thanks Ritchie

I wish I could recommend someone. But I don't really know of anyone other than Champion. They are a good shop. Most tuners aren't like myself, Alex and Todd. You might drive to a few shops and see what they are like, what they drive and what they do.

thanks for the kind words and I'll ask around but "personally" I don't know anyone. I do know Champion are a FINE FINE outfit and should be more than able to deal with a Stage II but if there's more specific 996tt stuff then I'd say shipping to IA/Doc or Todd/Evo is the way to go. We're even further away

Richie,
Come by the shop someday (FVD) and talk to Jay, Rhonda and I (or even the owner of FVD worldwide who is in the states right now) to see if we meet your expectations. We have a good deal of experience behind modded turbos as we have them running around many coutries around the world!
Regards,
Evan

Orbit did a lot of work on Xico's car and he has always spoken well of them.
FVD will take good care of you as well.

Orbit also did a lot of the work on the car I now have. Duane would be able to provide his direct feedback.

Suncoast Porsche does all the EVO upgrades and then some. They did my stage 4 and never had a single issue. They also do big internal upgrades. Call and ask for Phil or Gorden, They are the performance guys
