Newcomer - finally got me a 996TT!

Having gone through the following:

97 Lotus Esprit V8TT
95 993 C2
00 Boxster
98 993 C2S
57 356 Speedster (like my avatar? )
90 964 Cab

Always had serious turbo envy ---- don't we all.

'02 996TT with 9k miles, unmolested... ready to transform!

I'm thinking of stage 1/2, pss9, maybe 20inch techart formulas...

Any suggestions???

Congrats! White is a great color you don't see everyday. Definitely go chip and exhaust, at least, right away. As for rims, I'm partial to HRE 542's...but that's just me!

Looks great! I would not to go with the 20" rims though.

Also can't tell, are those MD Agricultural plates on your car?

20's are too big for the 996tt. Even your 19"s will be running 25 series tires in the back.

Too bad on the pic...but yeah 19's tops. 20's are waaaaay to bling. You gotta get the right mixture between show and go.

my first preference was for a white TT, but I could never find the right one. They aren't very common, that's for sure. Good luck and have fun with your new whip.

Welcome aboard. She's a beauty (the TT that is). As has already been said...go with 19 max. I think black centers with polished rims would look nice. Exhaust and chip should get you started on the path to salvation (or bankrupcy).
