GT2 Intercoolers Vs. EvoMS Intercoolers?

So if one has the X50 package with the bigger GT2 Intercoolers, will there still be gains to be had or how much of a difference are the EVOMS intercoolers in comparision?

Thanks!

Here are the details on the Clubsport intercoolers:

-33% larger core than OEM GT2 intercooler core
-Flows 36-49% more air than OEM 996TT/GT2 Intercoolers
-Direct replacement for the OEM intercoolers
-Extremely efficient closely stacked bar and plate type core design
-Reduced pressure drops while maximizing heat dissipation
-3-D CAD designed cast aluminum / CNC machined end tanks offer a perfect OEM fit while maximizing flow and efficiency. (Inlet end tank have approximately 200% more volume. Outlet end tank has approximately 60% more volume)
-Improved boost response as well as increased mid to top end power & torque

And now that you realize that you cannot live without these amazing intercoolers, here is the link to our website where you can purchase them :

Nice summary Nate. I know that the benefits of these babies isnt all that great using them on a Stage 2 TT but what I'm wondering is when I go to Kevin's ZC hybrid turbos and am running over 600 HP to the crank will provide a noticable benefit? Or do I have to get into the GT700 and above kits to get the real benefits of these babies?

And I am sure the colour is very nice too, but the real question is, what is their real efficiency index, how was it measured and do you guarantee it?

Good intercoolers are key in high horsepower applications,
without them you can have one high speed blast (or dyno run) and then
you are done. The EVOMs ones do "look nice" but can you answer Jeans
questions for us?

I'm still waiting on the Racelogic graphs and date logs on their EVOlution of a 997tt w/545 hp. Claimed 0 - 60 in 3.2 seconds and 0 - 100 in 7.2 seconds.

I will post the data for both the 997TT as well as the intercoolers as soon as I can. We are in the process of moving to our new facility and have not even seen my work computer in over a week.

It's amazing that anyone would buy IC's without at least having the percent of efficiency numbers. I kind of chuckle whenever IC comparisons are discussed on this board. This is not to say if they are bad or good. You just don't know and furthermore you can't compare.

How much air does it flow.... 36-49% more air is a wide margin..is it closer to 36% or closer to 49%. Thanks,Kevin.... BTW,offer still stands.. more than willing to graph and create the run logs on the 997TT... take 10-20 minutes

Maybe you shouldn't have posted the figures until you had all of the data. Just a thought.
