The figures that are posted about our intercoolers are correct and complete. I have some more data that I have not yet completed that will go along with the already posted data. BTW, I did test the 997TT again tonight to verify the results that I originally posted. You can find them here:

The wide range of increased airflow depends on the amount of air flowing through them. We tested them on a superflow flow bench from 1-50 inches of water in increments of 5 inches of water to get the CFM for both the GT2 intercoolers as well as ours.

Regarding the graphs for the 997TT, thanks to your guidance, I am very proficient now. I will post them to that thread as soon as I can. Thanks again.

That is the original post with the figures absent the graphs and logs. We are back where we started. Are you going to post the graphs and the data logs or will you send them to KPG so he can do it for you? I'm glad that you discovered the roll out error. The data log would have clued you in when it indicated that the car was moving at 4 miles an hour with a 0 feet distance travelled. Looking forward to the results.

Some cars require minor trimming. We have installed them on cars that required no modifications to the car. We have discovered that there are 2 different variations of the intercooler mounting cages which is most likely the difference. Either way, if modifications are needed, they are very minor.

The sheet metal, We have also been able to give the cage a slight tweak to prevent any other trimming

No arguing all these vehicles are different... everyone claimed GT2 rims can be run with no mods..not on mine anyway. Thanks, Kevin
