Guys, Alan is the real deal....when are u going to step into the cage, my man?

I am going to try and train one last time ( I keep making comebacks...everyone out here in Texas....and when I trained in Cali also, guns for me when they hear I got a belt from Renzo).

Oh, and Alan, I just spoke w/ Jay last night...he is 280, natural (finally) and going to start training w/ randy again. I swear if that kid gets his head straight he will be the next UFC champ.

Are you gonna watch this sat? I have all the inside info on how Monson passed the drug test, lol.
Definately going to watch this weekend! As you know George ST Piere has been training with us in NYC so I will be rooting for him! I hope you do get back on the mats Sean you definately have a lot to offer any training partners you have and it would be nice to have a Renzo guy repping us in TX!
Tell Jay I said hello... 280.. damn... that's BIG!
I'll give you a shout after the fights this weekend....

Alan,

I always considered BJ Penn to represent, at least technically Ralph and Renzos style of jits.

Have you ever rolled w/ GSP? He is freaky athletic. Also, any word on when/if Roger will be making the transition to NHB? Jay said he is the best big guy he has ever trained with. And jay trained w/ Monson (would hold is own in practice, too, although Monson beat him when they last fought).

Byron, I will PM u later

I just realized: i hijacked my own thread.

I haven't had the chance to work with George. He mostly trains in the mroning and afternoon when he is in NY. I've watched him roll and am very impressed by his technique. I believe John Danaher just gave him his brown belt!

I myself am hoping to fight (NHB) sometime next year. I had four fights scheduled in the past but for various reasons they were canceled. As soon as I find a good organization with a decent 145 division watch out!!!!!

Roger is fighting Dec 2nd I believe against Ron waterman. He has been at our gym for the last 3 months. first helping Renzo get ready for Pat Milletich and now getting ready for his own fight. He is a monster on the mats. Incredibly talented with many god gifted attributes as well. I think he is almost 6'6"....

Jean knows the car. Here is what he said.

I don't stand a chance even in straight line That thing has about 700 Porsche HP, Once you see the video you will understand what I mean, this car was lapping 7m:25s during the 24hours race, while the fastest CGT does it in 7:28 during a one lap sprint!!!!!! I think its fastest lap is about 6:40s+ from memory. It is run at less than 1 Bar of boost, close to the 600s.
