Am I missing any loop holes on buying my new porsche?

Well I am looking at buying a used 996TT. Besides buying from a private party and possibly saving some sales tax is there any other way to achieve any benefits. Such as buying through my company ect? I would think it would be questionable doing that. Just want peoples thoughts. I am planning on paying cash. That should save me some money. I have 2 cars in my sights a yellow and a silver one. Trying not to get to involved till I get more info Seems there is always something you wish you knew before you did it! I am trying to save paying as much as I can to the tuition of life

Thanks
Ralph

you may want to talk to your accountant regarding leases...

I bought a 04 TT cab about a month ago and did it from an out of state dealer. Paid cash and got the CPO warranty. It is reassuring having the car under warranty until 2010! Regarding specifics of how to structure the purchase, your accountant and / or tax person are going to have those details - but basically stop stalling and get the car you've always wanted - you won't be disappointed as long as you do your diligence (and a PPI if you are purchasing from a third party). My $0.02.
