Thinking of GT700, your thoughts?
Hey 168, the ICS are a good idea for this level of power. I mean it's not so much about the cores being more efficient but it's also the flow that is really pretty restricted on the stock ones. You have to see both sets of end tanks to make it click
Other than that, I'd say I would likely do some suspension and possibly get the brakes a little more sroted. The clutch comes with the kit so you're in good shape there.

Speaking of clutch, I was thinking of upgrading it to a stage 4 clutch, since it is going to be replaced anyways, is this a good idea, or should I spend the money else where?

168.. the S4 one is basically the same as the level 3 but with a LWF. Now call me a sissy but in my eperience it makes the car a lot less enjoyable to drive. The pedal release and grabbyness are not what you'd call stock. I'd stick to the stage 3 myself.
