The clutches on the 04 & 05 Gallardos are weak! You cant luanch the worth **** and they feel soft at times & non responsive and slip occasionaly. The 2006 clutch and by the way I drove my buddies for almost an entire weekend 2 weeks ago is a hell of a lot better and durable and does not slip.
As far as my Supercharged 997, please remember that it has 20" wheels on it. I by no means am making excuses either way for a win against my 2004 Gallardo and a loss to a 2006 Gallardo, but 20" wheels make a difference. When EVOMS ran the 11.85 @ 120 in the car, it was done on 18" wheels with drag radials I believe (I was there, but cant remember)..... Also, Todd Zuccone was driving it and by my own admission - he is a HELL of a lot better driver than I am! One thing about me and when I race, I wil tell you if I won and I will honestly tell you when I loose- I could care less as long as it was fun to do!
Juts my 2 cents!

And by the way , yesterday at Bradenton in Florida, a stock Gallardo SE turned a 11.89 at the Heffner Supercar Challange. Heffners own 430 Spider, which magazines put in the 11's to very low 12's driven by Heffner managed high 12's at 114.
Tried to upload the timeslip here, but it says there is a problem with the database.

Martin im still looking for some proof of you're car being as fast as you boast about, how about going to the track or setting up a race with somebody. Also what happened to the 60-130 mph GPS recording you were supposed to do after a fellow member sent out his recording device to you?
