How to remove sport seatbacks

I am going to have them painted arctic.

Anyone know to remove these?

cpu77 is infamous around these parts
You know mine are scuffed I amy paint them also. That rubber paint would be hard to find.

Bumper plugs can do it for you. In my case, the body shop will use the same stuff they use on the rubber bumpers. I think it's a latex mixture. Don't know anything about paint so don't quote me.

Doesn't anybody know to remove these?

I've done the painted seat back on both my C2 cab and TT. It was not hard to do, it takes my shop about 1.5 hour to remove the back for both pair the 1st time he try it. But I don't suggest to DIY, let some pro to do it.
