Hey Chad, looks like EL750 was reading between the lines. BTW here are your Rods in question...Left is the Pauter and the right one is the Carrillo. Both are rated for 900+ I had meant to come in over the weekend and take them. I painted the floors and forgot these were in the engine room. I had to wait until the paint dried.

Hey Chad,

Do you have an extra set of new Ruf titanium rods that you'd be willing to sell me?

Hamman, if you don't go above 7500rpm 800ps Carrillo is plenty. I/3 of the cost. Ruf out of rods till April. Carrillo has production run 2nd week of March.

EL750, sorry missed the question today. I will get some weight info for you. These are not titanium though. I am of the old school when it comes to rods. These are good old steels.

EL750,

The standard Carrillo rods are the same weight as the stock rods, 565 grams. They weigh about 200 grams more than the Ruf titanium's.

Hamann,

I want to keep one set as an emergency spare. The only extra set I had went to EL750.

Stephen,

Killer Angel's current output exceeds the Carrillo/Pauter max. rating. I do need special rods. That is unless the rating is rwhp.

Hi Chad,

Have used the Pauter's in motors making around 150 per cylinder with nitrous(Nitrous bring in torque sooner, much harder on rods due to more pressure per cycle).

They made them in different weights/strengths.

Give them a call.

Jeff
