How much boost should I see with GIAC Level IV

Sam at Bydesign told me if I turn off PSM the car will be slightly faster, any comment? I haven't tried it myself though because of the slippery road condition. I am getting 1.1 consistently 1.2 occasionally.

When my local Porsche dealer is installing my GT Turbos, will this need to be done? Is this what you wanted to talk to him about before he gets into the job?
