There is a Hennesy tuned 996 Turbo on E-Bay - they claim something like 2.9 seconds 0-60. I never knew that Hennesey works on Porsches, and I've heard many horror stories about Hennesey, so I wouldn't go anywhere near it ... but I thought it was interesting. I was tempted to contact them and ask for more details ...

Ummm... the Protomotive car did 0-60mph in 3.06 seconds with stock gearing.

It can be yours for about the same price as Stage 5.

100HP for 500.00...HOW CAN THAT BE A WASTE OF MONEY?!??!!?

If you're talking about a stage III vs. Stage IV GT...that's more along the lines of deciding whether or not it's going to be a waste...however, for 500.00 bucks, how can you go wrong?

BTW...you can get a custom tuned upsolute for larger turbos, etc. David L has a custom 1.2 bar program with GT1 turbos, custom fabricated intercooler...running strong and well into the 600HP range.

I wouldn't let Hennesy work on one of my Son's matchbox cars, they have a horrible reputation.
