Seems like once you start to mod your turbo, you always want more hp, to me the upsolute seems like a waste of money, since it only offers a one time upgrade, am I correct in my thinking?

Maybe ... and if you are into this board, probably. The odds are the upsolute simply won't get you to ... 11 you know ... 11 (think spinal tap). If you want a low cost stop gap measure, or you don't want the big numbers/performance, do it. If you think you want stage 4 +, it won't cut it.

What would it take to get my cars 0-60 down to the low 3's?

The way I see it is that upsolute is simply a stepping stone until money for Stage IV GT is put aside.

Well if you want to get some better times some slicks may take some tenths of a second off. Food for thought.

And you might want to lose about 25 pounds and tear some stuff out of the car, i.e. Carbon fiber, GT3 seats, and no back seats.
