I think that would be Juan Ruiz (Tito) driving that car in 2004.
It's funny that the fastest 1/4 mile times are made by Pcars with no H2O.
The fastest time yet on street tires is a:
1. 94 3.6tt @ 9.78 @ 145
2. 993tt @ 9.90 @ 147.6.
3. Single turbo best is a 10.7 @ 134. I think Bello just posted a 11 @ 150mph in Oct of 06.
