Would look cool if roof were painted black to flow in, BUT unpainted CF hood no matter what does not belong on a porsche, that's me though!

Apparently you have not driven it yet. There may be some cars w/ extreme high hp (TT Viper, Supra, etc.) that might pull on a Protomotive 600 whp GT2 in a straight line at speeds over 100 mph, but trust me, very very few cars on the street will hang w/ the widowmaker on the track or in a race w/ turns.

And Protomotive tuned cars are known for being faster than other cars w/ similar hp levels. Just look at the 1/4 mile times posted here. Cars tuned by Todd (full Proto package at 675 whp on stock internals) are competetive w/ other cars w/ much more hp.

The overall engineering package you will have is hard to beat.

Really?

Huh. My S-Car-Go/Proto package is putting close to 600 to the wheels (I have 2 dyno sheets, one tops out at 590 the other at 597, both on high boost). I thought the full proto set up produced more. Wow, I guess Rob King really knows his stuff.

By the way, Scott, what do you think of the OP's claim that a proto tuned GT2 will not be much more than an average fast car in the Cleveland scene?

I made 560 on a Dyno-Dynamics dyno (which read low) and 600 on a Dyno-Jet (which read high) at only 1.3 BAR. My 1/4 mile runs were done at 1.3 BAR as well. A guy with almost the same Protomotive setup that I had made 720 rwhp at 1.85 BAR on stock internals. But I never cranked my boost that high.

Regardless, I'm not a big fan of dyno #'s anyway. I've seen cars put down a lot more than me on dynos that aren't nearly as fast.

I think he's underestimating how fast his car really is. These P-cars really have an outstanding ability to efficiently put their power to the ground that other cars do not, and it's very deceiving how fast they actually are.

Example? I raced my Supra against my TT from a roll when my TT was only a Stage 2 (trapping 126) and barely beat it. Supra was running high boost, with no NOS at the time. So around 570 rwhp (made 711 rwhp with NOS). I think he'll be pleasently surprised that cars with a lot more HP than him will have a hard time beating him.

Just Shut up already you dont know what you are talking about. His last car made over 1200hp which he sold and that wasnt the fastest in that "circle" of racing although it did ok on the highway.

mrk4 - Your first and only two posts on this forum have got you off to a very bad start.

Consider this warning: Get rid of the attitude or I'll get rid of you.

This is a sensored board? Sorry i didnt know you are not allowed to post your oppinion. Dr. jitsy was rambling nonsense, he doesnt know the facts and kept cluttering the topic. If i am out of line feel free to "remove me" i dont want to be a part of a community where members must kiss mods feet.
