Smile Talk About Good Customer Service ... (Techart)

As a few of you know, I have a techart type II front on my car. It has many small issues that the installer states are issues with the bumper itself. Techart was sent pictures and agreed to replace the bumper. I have been waiting for 6-8 weeks... I sent an email to Techart directly yesterday about the issue and told them that I bought their product based on their quality and reputation and expected exactly that when I bought their product. I also sent them a picture of my car since it has a full techart body kit on it.

Low an behold I get a call today from Germany. They were fully aware of the issue I had but did not want to send me one that fits 90 -95% but one that fits 100% correctly from a new run. They said that they prefered to call me since email was to impersonal. So once they get a new one and test fits it, they will air freight it to my installer.

Now that is what I call customer service.... !!!!!!!!!

Interesting...
How do I know if the bumper I will be receiving is from the new mold or old one? It is still on backorder for another 2 weeks I believe...

Based on what I was told the new ones should be in around the 2nd - 3rd week of March. They have to then test fit and then ship. Subject to change as always...

Gentlemen:

Please keep me informed on this. I am sitting on a type II GTS and really want to see what is going on here. I do not want to spend the money to have it prepped if a better version is available.
