PSS9 Euro or US version?

The US PSS9 version has a 80mm spring compared to the 90mm of the european. What are the fundamental differences? Euro version costs 2300 USD. Any performance advantages?

most who have the Euro did not get them in the US anyway...I know that myself and many other board members here got their PSS-9s from Gert at Carnewal...
