Tom, sign your wife up for a track day with the PCA and your problems are solved....at the end of the second session she was complaining about the "slow pokes" and I knew she was hooked.....no more complaining about upgrades. Kevin

learned long ago to just keep dropping hints about what is next long before you even order it. then by the time it arrives, she'll likely just roll here eyes. this has worked well for me in the past until a Ferrari was delivered on a Friday evening - she got kinda upset with that one although the situation was diffused soemwhat as a new handbag was sitting in the passenger seat.
a gallardo is up next and she is actually excited about it as long as she gets her bentley gt. now i'm the one rolling the eyes thinking how expensive this lambo purchase might turn out to be with her addition. starting to realize i might be getting pwned

haha my dad bought a 997S cab last june... I can count how many times he's been allowed to drive it on one hand... my mom probably drives it every other day... every day during the summer

so I was sitting all day in this managment training...what is her social style, find out what motivates her & problem solved lol
....sometimes we forget the basics with social interaction. Incorporate her in what you're doing, or make sure she's spending time with her own hobbies when you are on yours.
