Sorry but it's mod 101 all over again dude.
Agreed. Although if you are coming from the audi/boosted S4 world, its not all foreign, just some different players in the game.Originally Posted by vincentdds

This is from the most recent B&B exhaust we had in the shop. We pulled it and replaced it with a Fabspeed Gen 3.

Whoa, thanks for the heads up....diamn and the system sounded sick as hell from the clips! So far myself and everyone here at work love the Fabspeed...Originally Posted by IAPorscheDoc

Unfortunately I am about to hit the road and there is supposed to be another storm lurking
Maybe in 2 weeks.
i drove around w/ the AWE for a few days - way too quiet for me.
although the Fabspeed loud gets annoying on a long drive, and girls hate it, there's nothing like driving through the city w/ it.

I do still have it and will sell CHEAP!! $1500 shipped! Perfect condition! Only thing with my exhaust is you need FVD Level 1-2 Programing to get rid of the Check Engine Light (which will be on due to this Race exhaust having no cats). If the check engine doesn't bother you then you can just install the exhaust and it will just show a CEL for Cat Efficiency (won't affect performance). Exhaust is perfect and has under 10K miles. Accepts any tips that fit factory exhaust! As you will see in the video, it screams, you can hear the turbos spool like crazy, but on the highway you will love it! So much better on the highway than Fabspeed or B&B and louder than both at full throttle!Originally Posted by iLLM3
Contact Evan (AMGETR) and see if he still has his FVD Race exhaust, you will LOVE it
Here is a soundclip on old my car:

AWE's products seem to be very popular with the audi/S4 crowd as well; fantastic fit/finish, performance, sound.Originally Posted by villains_turbo

Please send me an email.

I will gladly discuss our system and it's sound characteristics.
Thanks!
I love my MILTEK exhaust. Just right and no drone!!!
Listen to whatever exhaust you are going to buy on the car. The sound clips on the internet are not the same as what it is like in your car.

I agree with Martin (iLLM3) and Digitekkz, fvd is a nice exhaust. Not much louder than stock, but a deeper tone. Only a little resonation at 2800rpm-3200rpm in the cabin. I really like it.
