Has anyone had this problem.....

Put the car in the garage tonight after running an errand. I go to retrieve something out of the back and try to move my driver seat forward. The seat wont move! They are stock power seats and I have no idea what the problem is. I checked the fuse and no problem there. Could it be the motor or wiring under the seat? Anyone with any ideas or had this happen to them? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Chris

Do all of the adjustments not work, or just the fore/aft adjustment?

None of the adjustments work. fore/aft, up/down and backrest.

I would venture to say it is not a seat motor problem then, check the electrical connection under the seat, it is a locking connector, but may have been left a little loose last time the seat was disconnected. Get underneath with a flashlight and see if that is it.

there should be 2 sockets connecting to the front of the seat(underneath).... then I believe there is another harness that has a big black connection...
