Brembo Update...

Hi guys...
I've replied all of your PM...

If you're still interested with the kit, with the pricing I gave u...
(I've asked several resources... that's probably the price... it won't go down much...)

If you're still interested in the kit, please send me PM with your name...

- 15 Inch 8 Piston Front, 14 Inch 4 Piston Back (I've asked them which 14 inch is at the back, and they'll tell me on Monday)
- Requires 19 Inch wheels, it won't fit 18...unless you have the custom made 18 to fit the Front 15inch...
- Please serious inquire only...I'm trying to get a list from here... (take the pricing as final price, and see if you agree with it)

- It'll fit C4S, and regarding to the fitment of C2/C4... They will tell me the info on monday... I'll update it in this post...

Latest Update:

Yes the kit will fit the C2, C4, C4S, Turbo and GT2.
The Rear Brake Specification is 345mm...not 355mm...
the issue has been talked about before, the 355mm doesn't perform as good as the 345mm, and that's why the 345mm is later released to replace the 355mm...

Kevin,

Are you really confident that you can pull of a group buy with Brembo???

Last time someone tried to do this Brembo shut it down and the shop lost their account. Brembo is really strict when it comes to Group Buys.

I think you may be wasting everyones time. People know that they can just go to reliable Brembo dealers, like the ones that advertise on this board and not worry about getting ripped off or loosing a deposit.

I'm just lettign everyone know that they should be carefull. Brembo is a highly desireable product, and everyone wants a deal. You just need to be carefull when dealing with such a large company that supports their dealers as well as they do.

yeah i'm awared of that...
the source is a reliable authorized dealer...
actually i'm not earning any money from here... just that since I've been informed for such great deal, that's why i decided to share with everyone... (i'm not even purchasing a set, but merely to help out)

if people are interested, they won't be dealing with me... but the shop itself... it's not some ghetto shop, but a well-known shop that's been around for years...

the reason why i pulled this group buy thing is b/c brembo requested the shop to have at least a few sets for such discounted pricing... and i'm just trying to gather that few sets from board for this great deal to work out...

it's disappointing that how this turned into suspicion, b/c I don't think I'm in the need to earn these few thousands...after considering having more than 80G spent on my car...

Hey Luting, this isn't the GT Le Mans kit? No way it could be that one cos a)there aren't many of them for a group buy and b)they're anywhere from 9-11k... Is this the same 8 piston that Mansour has? Not the Le Mans GT.

sharky...
that's why i've decided to share this with everyone...b/c the best price we found was close to 9G...

and yes...i believe it is the kit that you're talking about...8piston front 15inch, 13.8 inch 4 piston rear (345mm, i'm not sure if it's 13.8inch)...

and that's why i said that when i heard the price, i almost took out my credit card...
and as I mentioned... i'm only here to share the info... the seller is a good good friend of mine, and I bought my TechArt GTS kit from him... he is a large distributor of brembo, and also one of the largest techart distributor... not to mention that the company have been around for years... and a lot of guys on board or within the industry do know him if i do mention the name...

And yes, I might be buying a kit from him... probably around May where I get more allowance in my bank account...

and I'm not even joking with the price... =_=" and that's why i felt disappointed when it turned out to be suspicion towards my statement and my words...

If he is as large of a Brembo dealer as you are saying he will not support a group buy. Does he know that this is how you are finding customers for him???

Believe me, I have dealt with Brembo in the past. I had a shop in West LA. We did alot of SUV brakes and I tried to do the same thing.

I'm not trying to rain on anyones parade but this group buy will probably not happen.

Just for reference:

Front 15" (380mm) 8-piston = $4295
Rear 13.6" (345mm) 4-Piston = $2795

If you guys are looking for Brembos and want a great deal and perfect set up I would suggest the 15" 4-piston Front w/ the 13.6" 4-piston rear.

Interesting...When I bought mine I was told the bigger rear is better (the one that retails at $3299)
They must have also reduced the price on the 15" 8-pods cause they used to be $4995 retail

Hmm I wonder if it is the same kit then? The ones I have are slotted rotors, 15 in the front and 14 in the rear...
