Car went into safe mode today. I tried cleaning MAF which did not work. I had the plugs changed about 4-5K ago. The idle seems about 100rpm above normal. The car is a 2003 with Stage 1 and V-flow with 21K mi. No fault codes. Any ideas?

 

unhook your batt for 15 min or so ( don't forget yoour code) your car will exit safe mode... happened to once this worked are all has been fine since good luck

 

Where do I find the code? Is this for the radio? Thanks for the reply.

 

You do not have to worry about radio code for your year. By you don't have any codes I assume you mean that you didn't throw a CEL or any lights. Yhis does not mean you did not throw codes. Get them read ASAP.
