DANG! At stock weight? Assuming 3700 pounds with driver 185 MPH traps require about 1850 HP. At 3000 pounds you need about 1500 HP to go 185 MPH.
What turbos are you going to run?

Car was stock guts. 700 package tunning to the wall. Car was in pump mode with 93 in the tank wasn't killing it. Cruising in and out of boast. As for the new motor I am moving in a new direction today if it works car will TRAP 185 and Change will need wheelie bars
It will have the bottom end to get that 8 sec run. We will see
I like today's motor choice

It would be WICKED, if it can't put the power down well then it will need to make even more power to go 185 MPH in the 1/4!
DMK,
What tranny would you run to handle that kind of power?

Gt45r Titan might build the motor really thinking 2jz with a custom trans. car will weigh about 2800 lbs. It will be prob one of the nastiest highway monsters next to my bike
Power down slicks wheelie bar some weight in the nose and should be good. Think Ryan won's car just lighter and smaller
This will resolve my power issue

all in the name of speed i guess.
DANG! The weight might be a bit higher as the Supra motor is quite heavy (Iron block).
Titan is the way to go for a stout Supra motor, someone REALLY close to me, I mean really close is doing a 3.4 liter Titan motor on his Supra
