Martin has an interesting idea. Though you would be sitting on the motor itself possibly.

DANG! At stock weight? Assuming 3700 pounds with driver 185 MPH traps require about 1850 HP. At 3000 pounds you need about 1500 HP to go 185 MPH.

What turbos are you going to run?

Cruising in and out of boast. As for the new motor I am moving in a new direction today if it works car will TRAP 185 and Change will need wheelie bars It will have the bottom end to get that 8 sec run. We will see

I like today's motor choice

This is entirely theoretical, Porsche's are difficult to put power down like that.

It would be WICKED, if it can't put the power down well then it will need to make even more power to go 185 MPH in the 1/4!

DMK,

What tranny would you run to handle that kind of power?

Gt45r Titan might build the motor really thinking 2jz with a custom trans. car will weigh about 2800 lbs. It will be prob one of the nastiest highway monsters next to my bike Power down slicks wheelie bar some weight in the nose and should be good. Think Ryan won's car just lighter and smaller This will resolve my power issue

I was just about to add in that getting a TTbody down to 300including driver would be tough with the big heavy engine from the cayenne...

all in the name of speed i guess.

DANG! The weight might be a bit higher as the Supra motor is quite heavy (Iron block).

Titan is the way to go for a stout Supra motor, someone REALLY close to me, I mean really close is doing a 3.4 liter Titan motor on his Supra

This thread has officially entered the twilight zone. Why not just strap some HREs to an F14, slap a Porsche emblem on the nose, and call it a day.
