Has anyone heard of this place? Has anyone driven it?

It's one of the best roads in the country! I've driven it several times. It's best to drive it on the weekdays, not including Friday.
I really think some sports car/motorcycle obsessed highway engineer designed the Tail, and got away with murder: No houses, businesses (other than a non-factor biker motel just before the best part of the road), or access roads. It has perfect pavement with cambered turns. It will wear your tires out.
