Need input... 04 Turbo sale......

Hey guys,

Looks like I might be selling my 04 Turbo sooner than I thought.... I've decided to make a new investment and then Turbo would have to go. I'm curious what would be a fair price for it? Paid MSRP a few months ago which was about $127K and change. Car has 1500 miles. Immaculate. Black/Black 6speed etc.
Thanks.

Well, I'd start at invoice and move down from there. I am getting $6k off list and hope to negotiate more off my March build 2004. Dealer started at MSRP, then I got him to $3k off, and now to $6k off.

Cosmetic options mean nothing, X50 mean very little ($3-5k on trade) Invoice on this car is probably around $112k. Dealer would give you $107-108k for this car, tops. You should probably sell for $110-112k. My 2004 Turbo with a March build, MSRP ended up being $121,500.00. As it stands, I am getting it for $115.5k and looking to get more off, we'll see. Anyway my point is why would anyone pay $115k for a used one when they can get a new one for the same price?

Why in the world did you pay MSRP! -You must not have been reading this board before you bought your TT -

Truth of the matter is there will most likely be no 997 TT which is good and bad for you in terms of re-sale

Positive: There will be no new TT until the 998 most likely
Negative : No exclusivity to an 04 model year since they are likely to produce TT's in 05

Unfortunately your only going to get around 110-113k
