996 Turbo / GT2 Turbo discussion on previous model 2000-2005 Porsche 911 Twin Turbo and 911 GT2.

You know those cheap CF wings on eBay that everyone was talking about a while back?

It looks really great!
I dont think there will be any problem with the wing in 200mph.
And those holes look just like the factory once so no need to worry )

But the original allen bolt that is fastened with loctite can be a mother to loosen, just when you think the wing will damage it will crack loose

I had to check the PET 5 times before I belived the bolt to be normal threaded and wasnt supposed to loosen from CCW

Since I've recently also purchased cf-parts from the same dealer I just have to share some pictures with you all.

The mirrorcovers installed without any problems what so ever.
The wing on the other hand I'm a bit more worried about...it's the part that Jonas describes, loosen the glued allenbolts without damaging the original wing.

The cf-Turbo emblem on the back of your car, is it from this dealer?

Been thinking of changing to cf-emblem my self..

That was just about what I meant!

If I ask real nice, is it possible that you can post a picture of your car straight from behind, showing the emblem?

Btw:
You really should consider this upgrade for your car...

McBurn4ever, I am not able to take any pictures right now, as the car is in the shop for an upgrade, otherwise I would. Sorry.

I was planning the smoked tail lenses, but was unaware of the brake light piece. I will have to add that to the list. Thanks!
