I will be replacing my stock headers with Agency Power headers and my stock exhaust with the Milltek exhaust and need the bolt/nut torque settings for them. Specifically, the torque setting for the bolts between the headers and the exhaust manifolds; the bolts between the headers and the turbo housing; and the bolts between the exhaust and turbo housing.

Also, should I use anti-seize on any of the bolts? If so, do the torque numbers change?
