It is a two stage system. The pills are plug in. You can get pills from 3000 rpm's and up in 200 rpm increaments. KA has a pill which activates at 4400 rpm's and shuts off at 7000 rpm's. If the system is energized, motor is at 4400 rpm's, wide open throttle, clutch not depressed and fuel pressure at a minimum of 52 psi, the NOS will activate. Starting above 4400 rpm's the programmer is programed to add another 10 shot every tenth of a second. After 2-1/2 seconds you have 250 hp added. This can be programed any way you want.
