It sounds amazing, but should we really have to worry about evo's even when we are at stock performance ?

"Evoms Headers Used $1000 Forget The Oem Ceramic Ported Crap, I Lost 20 Hp With Those.!!"

Clarify this, did you lose 20hp on the Ported OEM or did you gain 20hp more on the Evom headers?

Congrats on the upgrades. The lag thing is a result of poor exhaust/software. Once addressed properly the K24 based turbo is very very responsive. If you want even more power consider doing a compressor upgrade to those K24's. Check with Todd @ Protomotive. He has been the best choice for K24 based turbo upgrades.

That's great Dean. I'm so glad you are happy with the results. Also happy to hear you finally settled on an exhaust you can tolerate.

Now you know why us X50 guys speak so highly of our cars. I'm sure the EVO GTX guys look at us and say... "now you know why us GTX guys speak so highly of our cars".

Did you ever consider the 16/24 hybrids? Great to hear your feedback!

Well tuned K24s are killer, but I think the K16/24 hybrids are highly underrated. After all, the EVO GT700 turbos use a K16 turbine with a Garrett center and compressor.
