I bet i'd be saving some weight in my car! I've got dual conventional Interstate batteries in the front of my car. Which one would be good for my use. I don't have any power equipment in my car, not even a radio. It would only have to power my 3.6, nothing else. It would fit perfectly in the "smuggler's Box". Hahaha it just occurred to me, many people on this site probably don't even know what a "smuggler's box" is...Oh you gotta love the early cars!

silvershark is infamous around these parts
Question Question

By switching to a small battery...does this work the alternator over time?
Resulting in premature replacement of the alternator?

You can check out my battery and fancy aluminum mount in Houston.
I bought one of these batteries which are totally useless if the weather gets cold.

changed my battery 6 months ago. The stock battery is 47 lbs. It works well but will die in 7 to 9 days.
