I just bought an 03 TT, and after having it about a week I finally washed it today. While washing the car I noticed that the rotors look yellow. WTF. I never noticed this before. It looks almost as if they are covered with cosmolene or something ... but you can't feel anything when you touch it. Anyone have any idea wtf is going on with my rotors? They do not look silver like everyone else's do in pics.

 

right after wash, i think u're talking the rust. it should be gone when u start driving.
