Did they really quote you an oil change, or a 15K service, which involves a myriad of other things which take a ton of time ?

Only for an oil change & filter (over 3 hours). Once the service manager asked for which vehicle, he hit me with the $500 quote (he must be on the pipe).

No way was I going to support their "boutique" dealership & all their BS.
