Half-assed oil change a good idea?

The mighty vac won't work with a dry-sump motor.
It only clears the sump, not the remote oil tank.
This is the same reason my lazy option won't work.
The sump drain hole won't drain the majority of the oil.

But if you insert the tube....
Into where you pour the oil, does this not lead directly to the oil tank and thus it will vacuum the oil tank dry leaving behind only what's left in the engine sump and turbo's etc ?
