My car has those nasty front "nipples" lol.



Just wondering how I can remove them....and what was their purpose in the first place?

 

Hahaha.. NIPPLE power... I have this too.. The only way is to replace the bumper...

Or you can remove it and have your bodyshop patch the holes up and repaint.. For my case, I bought an aftermarket bumper (in the process of painting). I don't want to touch the original bumper since P car buyers are **** about repaint when the time comes that I need to sell the car...

After a while, you'll get used to the look...

 

I am also wondering what was the intended purpose for these warts, was it so if you bump someone it wouldnt do damage to the front bump/paint similar to the rear bumperettes? Anyone want to chime in on this...

 

they were intended for just that, very few 2001 turbos came like that, it was just the first few 100 cars that came to the U.S. that way

 

I'm definatley getting a boob reduction on mine
