I just got a 911TT this morning. Its dark gray with tan interior. I was so excited to pick it up and its hard not to take it over 4500 rpm. Just wanted to say hi and say that this is a really great forum. I will post pics after i have it detailed by my detailer. Anyone els from rockland county NY, or northern NJ?

Lambo is a no go. This is a Porsche only event and it requires you to pre-register with Michele. We really want you there and even with the break-in constraints, the Porsche will be fine.

CALL MICHELE AND DO NOT BRING THE LAMBO!!

Looking forward to seeing you there. This will be an unprecedented event not to be equalled or exceeded in the foreseeable future. You will get to see and talk to owners of cars with mods and you can gain a lot of information.

I recently sold my 98 yellow Diablo SV with 5000 KM to buy a TT so I could drive it more often

I miss the Lambo in the worst way but this car is so much easier to drive

The Diablo is on ebay right now by Lamborghini Dallas

Congrats. I can feel your excitement from reading your post. Its the same feeling I had when I got my tt. I'm sure everyone here had a very similar experience and knows exactly what you are feeling. If we all have nothing else in common we do have that. Enjoy your car and let the mods begin. What is your 1st mod? Post pics please.

I would have to say it is one of two things.
#1...I use the Griot's Garage Clay on the orbital machine followed by the light polish followed by the Best of Show Wax. I am very happy with the results. I think the washing abuse of the previous owner is slowly being tended to with each machine polish.
#2....My photography skills are improving by leaps and bounds.
