Not Able to Fuel the Car !!!!!!!! SAND!!!!!

I had the same thing as well, fuse blew and shut the fuel flap inside the tank as a safety mechanism, only allowing the reserve to be filled.. but sand WTF ?!?

The dealer called to further explained what happened. The E6 fuse was bad and that was the reason I was not able fuel the car. Before of all this, the car was running a bit rough so, I asked them to have it checked. They found some fuel filters inside and outside the gas tank clogged with Sand and I guess that's why they are charging me with half of the bill because they believe this sand was acquire by either a bad fuel or other strange event. Anyhow, I'm picking my car tomorrow and I will look at the service paperwork and read exactly what was bad.

ask for the filters so you can inspect them. thats a very reasonable request.
