Seems that like me, the majority of this board uses GIAC ECU programming. Just wondering if anyone had there ECU done by RS-tuning, which does the tuning for Cargraphic. Also wanted to know impressions.
Also, anyone use Cargraphic coilovers ever, impressions?

Lou,
There is a full RS Tuning 540 HP car here in Chicago. It was actually built in Germany. I have ridden in it and drove it. It had a full cage, GT3 seats, and even the lightweight clutch and flywheel.
My personal impression of the car was that it really was not any faster than a 500 hp car. Maybe with the right 100 octane gas it would have ran better.
The guy lived in Lincolnwood and sold it when he got his GT2.

BTW, I saw your car yesterday, the guys were working hard at perfecting it.
Lou
I have a RS-Tuning 100 octane program on an X50 along with C-Graphic medium exhaust, Bailey DV's and BMC filter. These are the only power mods. The car has been lightened by a few pounds (lighter exhaust, no sunroof, GT3 seats, no spare, Bose sub (POS for sound anyway) tossed etc. I can't give a 2 wheel dyno, 4 wheel dyno or engine dyno readout. I can tell you though, that this car is blazingly fast and will easily run away from a GT2 which is no slouch. I haven't driven a Ruf conversion but acccording to someone who has, this car is easily equal to the Ruf 550hp car. Downside is, it really does require 100 octane fuel which is a PITA.
I think that RS Tuning has good stuff and any car making 500 hp will feel fast. The interesting thing that LSM, Shank, and I have seen in our highway testing is that the GIAC, Upsolute, APR as well as some of the other ECU's are all making much more horsepower than a stock GT2 and are all pretty close to one another in Stage II form.
Lou,
My car is supposedly done so next week we need to do some highway testing.

I talked to Todd after he was done and they were real happy with the results. Unbeleivable customer service and attention to detail. Great job. BTW, what the *!!??? is up with your exhaust? Straight pipes!!Lou

I am still in Scottsdale. That is why I have not posted any impressions of my car. I believe it is in my garage. The proof will be in the pudding. I will PM you on Tuesday or Wednesday for a little Edens pass.
