OEM SSK/B&M SSK - adjustment question

Hello,

Do Porsche or B&M make an attachment clip like the one used to adjust the shifter cable on the stock shifter? It's like a clip that goes onto the shift base and allows you to center the shifter with the cables detached.

I noticed that I'm having slight problems going into certain gears, mainly 1 and 2, and I think my shifter may need some cable adjustment. I took it apart but the adjustment clip does NOT fit the Porsche SSK, only the stock shifter. I'm guess it'd be the same with the B&M.

any ideas? I would feel better using some sort of alignment tool rather than me just messing with it.

talked to eric@bumperplug. super helpful guy, he said i can always drive with teh center console off and simply adjust it. I'm looking more of a standard way of doing things.

do most people adjust it manually with the SSK ? or is there a standard for adjustment? I really don't want to take that center console apart AGAIN. Took it apart once for ebrake, once for SSK and once more for shift ****.

any ideas guys ?
