Personally I'm very attracted to the first one for a few reasons. It's an '01 which means it's lighter than the other years. It's got Navigation system. The mileage that it has on it means that 2nd gear pop-out has probably been addressed already, the mods are all tastefully done and the Tubi exhaust sounds amazing, but most importantly, it's got K24's and software! Otherwise, I also really like the 3rd car and it's low mileage, but low mileage cars make me think that the 2nd gear pop-out issue might not have been resolved yet.
