Can anyone recommend a service advisor at Braman?

Trying to get a PPI done there on Monday but wanted to see if anyone had a pleasant experience with any of the reps?

i have tentatively made an appt monday morning with them for the PPI (for $407 + Tax!) but the girl i spoke with wasn't real sure what they would do for the PPI. She also said they don't accept the 10-15% PCA discount that dealers normally afford us

So does anybody have any recs on who to deal with there or possibly a different place to get a PPI in the area - NOT Champion.

I bought my CPO Turbo from The Collection and afterward, after encountering a ton of problems that should've been caught when it was certified, I got ahold of the inspection checklist. I then learned that I have the world's only 6-speed manual tiptronic targa cabriolet Porsche 911 Turbo with a sunroof in the whole entire world.

In other words, they went through the list and just circled all the Os without reading it or actually, you know, inspecting anything.

 

It was just a thought

 

i did call the Collection but the girl who set up appts had no idea what I was trying to schedule or ask about. i politely asked if I could speak to a service advisor and she just said no. no excuse, no reason just no. i then asked if she could ask one of them about it and she did and came back and said they only inspect cars that were purchased there. they don't provide that service. brilliant
