Protomotive BluesMobile is back home in Minnesota!
Thanks-- it would be interesting. FWIW - I am not interested in starting another dyno arguement-- the numbers anyone states are numbers of comparative interest with that dyno-- at the very least. The Proto cars now have dyno and some time figures that are a very usefull( interesting anyway) comparison between different cars etc and the approach to modifying.

I had Todd make his custom ones because as someone said, the Evoms ones

The TB is "top secret" LOL, On my particular package (which would be similar
power to GT700), it helps in the midrange primarily and will take my car to the next step when I decide to do something further. I know the throttle body is not a "bolt on", it required fabrication but it sure seems responsive!
I just took my car down to Mexico for a quick run and there is a stretch that
I would see 150 mph without having to stand on the brakes and I saw
164 mph! The most amazing thing besides the way it seems to pull is that
how effortlessly is able to maintain very high speeds.
BTW, there were some really cool cars there (in addition to a car with "MARKSKI" on the license plate
). (3) very high horsepower 993TT's (all 3.8's
I believe), one having dual center exit exhuasts, large yellow RUF I/C and one red carbon bodied one with GINORMOUS twin Garrets
.
I noticed the next
"big build" 996TT is Silver so all of the fastest 996TT's in the world appear to
wear silver proudly:
VRAlex's (regardless of what one thinks of him, Todd assured me that his car
is NOT SLOW)
Markski's
JoeTwinT
DiveXXtreme
Zuccone's Silver GT800+ (9 sec car)
Cheers, and I would highly recommend "more power"

edit: oops, Dive's car is Black...sorry! (Black Sheep, I believe)

I am still a fan of midnight blue
Marty, congrats and good luck with the car! Thanks again for the hospitality at the Lake Estate and it was a pleasure meeting you and your family. Hopefully I can return the favor in the future. Enjoy the car. Kevin
Kevin,
It was our pleasure. Great to finally meet you and take you out for
a ride in my Pathfinder! I enjoyed checking out your cool truck as well.
Be good and get you car going asap!

Marty, it was great to meet up and ride in your car. I am
thrilled about how pleased you are with your mods.
The car was so smooth and linear with the power on,
and your suspension felt nuetral and firm.
"IT RIPS" is a very impressive machine. CONGRATULATIONS!
Your passion and enthusiasm with your car are contagious.
I just wonder how much $$ it will take to cure my "illness"

Thanks Joe,
Great to meet you as well.
It is funny how after not driving my car (or a stick shift) for
5 months, that I was getting used to it again. I have since taken
it down to "Mexico" for a couple of runs. There is one stretch of barren
two-lane and if I roll thru the stop sign (1 mile stop sign to stop sign),
I used to see 150 to 154 mph. I now see north of 170mph on same stretch.
I believe this car will do well in the standing mile!
Joe,
I noticed the Lexus you were driving is SuperCharged, cool stuff!

I really like the sound of your BOV's with their new placement.
The supercharger has been scrapped and I am working with TM Engineering
out of CA on a Turbo set up, Garrett GT35. He is mocking up the kit on his
SC400 V8. With 5-8psi boost 425-450fwhp on 91-93 octane is safe for everyday driving.
Did you immediately head to Mexico after returning to MN?
Trailered or drive your car there?
I will be doing actual performance tests but I wanted some immediate
yardstick so I drove to "mexico"
.
I own an AX-22 but will be selling it as it's capabilties are far too complicated. I probably will loan KPG's Drift Box in the interim. I am going to
establish a 0-300 KM for Jean and TB993TT (the Europeanos).
BTW Joe,
those are THE best looking shoes I have ever seen.
Where can I get some?

I would like to see a comparison between your car (k24/18 with the proto fender intake) and John's car (k24/18 with S car Go intake) to see if there is a difference.
Great Looking car
