TC (Houston) is infamous around these parts
The interior of the 360 is light years beyond that of the current Porsches IMHO. I really don't understand why Porsche can't build an interior like that.

TC -I think Porsche interiors are much higher quality than Ferrari's...Next time you see a 360 flip the sun visor and you will see that the vanity mirror has no cover, is not light and is literally glued on in there!! GPS is not even an option on ferraris!!
Porsche's ergonomics are second to none

The 360's visors are real leather, and the back side of the mirror is suede. I think both cars have some nicer components than each other. I dont know what plastic peices you are refering to? The only ones I see are the air vents and other moveable parts. Which are flat black instead of the shiny plastic buttons I dispise in my C2. Only recently has Porsche started using duller flat black plastic. There's not any other parts, that are not covered in Aluminum or Leather otherwise. The only thing I would agree with as far as the plastic in the 360 goes is the Digital clock above the rear view mirror" I hope they remove it in the next gen 360".

The head liner is real Leather, not like Porsches Alacantra "Suede look".
Doorsill's are Aluminum with embossed Ferrari Logo
Porsches come plastic as standard.
Porsche comes with rubber pedals as standard, Ferrari's are Aluminum
Ignition Key is plastic in the Porsche, Ferraris is Aluminum.

Not to come to Ferrari's defence but after spending extensive time in both cars I think the Ferrari has a more roomy, and higher quality interior. Don't forget the whole car is hand built, I think you should take a second look.

GPS??? Dont forget these are two completely different types of cars. Porsche at least in my opinon teeter totters between Sports Car and Luxury car. So obviously it has alot more creature comforts. i.e Arm rest, Cupholders and backseat

Bottom line is I love Porsche, but It does bother me that they cant evolve an interior as the price goes from Boxter to GT2!
Unless of course you want to spend $450,000 Ala CGT.

"My client disliked it so much he traded it for a 550 Maranello, which IMO is the only Ferrari to own since it's front engine V12".

Not trying to nit-pick you, Just trying to figure out the points you are making.

You do realize the 550 Shares an almost identical interior to the 360 other than a center console. Same air vents instruments etc.

V12 i agree has alot more ummph! but why do you feel a front engine Ferrari is superior? Just curious... Sounds to me like you prefer front engine luxury cars like 550's, Aston Martin Vanquish,
TVR Tuscon etc, is this the case?

P.S. Glad you liked the videos!
