Not to bad, you remove the air pump and go in from there. My son and I did mine in about thirty min. or so.

I talked to Todd K. yesterday and he is of the opinion that the 5 bar is only needed in very high (700 plus to the wheels) hp application.

Any insight into this claim?

The stock FPR is 3.8 bar. You know of course that the FPR limits the maximum fuel pressure. Raising the fuel pressure is an old school way to get your injectors to spray more fuel than they are rated. In this case, the 1.2bar increase will make a 60lb injector max out at 68.8lbs (increase max flow from 630cc/min to 723cc/min). It is not huge, but it can make the difference if you are on the edge.
