Its really a fairly easy swap (If you have ever swapped out a steering wheel b4) it took me like 45minutes to do the swap.

Here is a PDF file from renntech.org it pretty much outlines the whole process from begining to end. (by the way you only need to follow steps 1-12 to remove and depending on the steering wheel)

Wheel Swap

Also here is a thread that will further assist you.

SW swap thread

By the way if this is your first time be extremely careful, the slightest mistake can be very costly.

disconnect battery

torx 30 for the airbag (oem uses blue locktight to keep those in). bolts located behind the wheel.

the airbag assy will release and the yellow clip will slide off.

remember the placement of the two other clipons for horn and remove each.

the large nut is removed with a socket (forget size ?1").

get a dowl and wedge at midline point so that the imprint marks both wheel and stud. then you won't have a wheel that is off kilter. white out and a pencil may be helpful to mark the stud if you are swapping wheels.

all of the above may be found at renntech.org with pictures. also try a search as many of us have done it before. good luck
