funny, I'm not surprised guys were sending cases to the philippines in the late 80's. non precious pfm;s were around $25 2 weeks turn around time. I'm glad I'm out of the lab bus.

Wow! That sucks. It must have been quite a surprise. B&M guarantees their shifters for a million miles

Time for them to pay up!

Apparently this is becoming common. The lab picks up the case, sends it to China and in many instances the dentist has no idea it wasn't done locally.

The poor lab tech gets beat out of a $250 job and they get it from China for $35 including air freight. Guaranteed not to corrode for at least 5 days.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Guys, not trying to be rude but please take the dentist/lab stuff to OT...

BTW, I received my SS from Nate (EVOMS) on time as promised, props and thanks goes out to him! I installed the component and all works fine! I love it! The only thing is that the shifter now leans to the left (lines up with my thumb) where it used to be more centered (middle finger)....weird...anyway to adjust this? I'll play with it tonight but any help would be great!

Thanks!

M
