Seat dilemma...

I'm looking at changing the Black Leather Comfort Seats in my GT2 for a Racing Seat but fancy something different from the usual Clubsport Style 996 option.

Has anyone fitted a 997GT3 Style or CGT Style Seat into a 996? as this would be my first option before looking at aftermarket Recaro, Sparco etc.

Any help or info would be gratefully appreciated.

I think the CGT seats cost about $10k.

10k does seem a bit steep... but I suppose perfection does come at a price.

Also liking the look of the Recaro Sportster CS, as on this thread.

Any opinions?

Fivelitre,

The 997 GT2RS seat is similar to the CGT seat I think?

This is made by recaro also.... checkout the new Clio Sport which has the same recaro as the 997RS.

If you want a set I may be able to get you a good price, also I could be interested in your sports seats

cheers

Lee

Interesting Lee,

If you could get me a price for them either in Black Leather or Black Leather/Alcantara mix I would certainly be interested.

Muchos Gracias.
