I think there is a good chance it's adjustment, but if it turns out to be programming - the FVD stage 4 program was very happy with my upgraded wastegates.

I'll have my mechanic adjust the wastegates with a pressure gauge. But I have a feeling it won't help much since the car is reverting back to limp mode even at 1.1 bar.

Is there anyway to check if the ecu has the GIAC software installed? I had my ecu flashed, but maybe the file didn't take. Is there something I can look for using a code scanner?

wross996tt: do you know if the GIAC software allows for ecu fuel adjustments? Very occasionally I get some momentary hestitation at full throttle followed with some popping noises from the exhaust.

If it's reverting to limp at 1.1 it's probably not the wastegate adjustment (unless your stock boost gauge is not reading accurately). Mine was running 1.2 and bumping 1.3 when I had the limp mode issue and adjusting it to read a steady 1.2 was all it took to correct it.

I've seen spikes of 1.3.. does this mean that I may have been doing consistant 1.2 even though my gage didnt show it?

I just had the same issue this weekend. I upgraded to k24 wastegate and cannot get the adjustment right. My question is: the correlation between bypass valves and wastegates. Mine ramps up so fast on initial throttle , it goes into overboost. I can't back off the wastgates anymore without opening them up (flaps) . If bypass valves are very stiff springs will this "ramp" up the turbos hence overboosting ?

Being that I'm having some issues with codes as well, I'm all ears... been wondering is I need to ditch Upsolute and go with something else... I'm also wondering if I don't have a boost leak issue...

Did you take Viagra and Ciallis at the same time? If so, then I would say definitely yes.

Does not exist to my knowledge..you need a tuner that can handle Bosch code. GIAC is off the shelf (great for what it was intended). Talk to one of the tuners (I use Kevin).
