Sensor Parameters of PSM

I wanted to know what sensory inputs PSM uses. It was my understanding it uses the following:
  1. Individual wheel speed (ABS sensors)
  2. Steering angle (Where is the sensor?)
  3. Vehicle speed (Speedometer)

Is that it? Please enlighten me if there are others.

Arnie is infamous around these parts
I beleive there are also position sensors that detect if the car is out of control or about to loose control so that PSM can take over like going into a spin or skid. i beleive it is mentioned in tne brochure. In my Cab there was a sensor if the wheels left the ground.

That is what I am looking for. I want to know what parameters are used and what sensors are used to collect those parameters.

John? Chad?

Ken:

Cute video about PSM

Good general discussion:

About as technical as you can find:
http://usuarios.lycos.es/cporschecat...ica/psmeng.htm

This explanation is about as complete as the one in the Porsche Turbo book. I am so into this as I want the data from the bus and am trying to get it, and possibly disable/trick the PSM system into being less intrusive. No hard data yet as I need a freakin car to test with!
