I don't know anyone in Portland, but Alex Rapheal ownes MAXRPM in Bremerton, WA and is about 3 hours North of Portland.

Well, in case you're not willing to go 3 hours North of Portland, if you're up to going to Bend (3 hours South of Portland), then I'd highly recommend Tim Morris who owns German Master Tech. They service all my P-cars...and even the Gallardo upon occasion...
