Unhappy Spoiler stuck down

My rear spoiler on my 2001tt is stuck in the down position. Does anyone know if there is a way to raise it manually? I just ordered a Misha GT2 wing blade and I need to raise the spoiler to get the new wing on, after that I plan on disconnecting it all together. Thanks to everyone in advance.

Things to check

You have probably already cycled the dash switch, and checked the fuse. Sometimes get up to 75+ jars it loose if it's stuck, after that you probably will have to replace the actuator, maybe someone else can add to troubleshooting tips. Once you get it up, heres a few photos that may help. I found using the tool made it very easy (less than 5 minutes). I got mine through samstag for $15 bucks...I recommend it. Good Luck.
